Inclusions vary by event, but a package typically covers admission, a hospitality suite or lounge, catering and beverage service, and parking where the venue offers it. Whether a Beluga host is on site on the day is listed per package.

How many guests can you host?

From a table of six in a shared lounge to a private suite or marquee for larger groups. Tell us the number and we will match the format.

Can the hospitality be branded?

In most venues, yes — branded suites, menus and welcome materials can be arranged as part of the package.

How is it invoiced?

On company invoice or paid securely online. Prices are quoted ex VAT with the VAT-inclusive amount shown alongside.
