Which events can I book corporate hospitality for?
Local sport and entertainment first: rugby and cricket internationals, the Durban July, SA20, LIV Golf, concerts at Cape Town Stadium and the Grand Arena, and festivals such as DStv Delicious and Joy of Jazz. Abroad, Wimbledon, the Premier League, Formula 1 and Men's Rugby World Cup 2027. The events calendar lists what is on sale now.
Do you arrange the travel as well?
Yes. For events outside South Africa, Beluga puts together tickets, hotels, transfers and a host on the ground, from escorted group tours to individual VIP trips. Flights are arranged alongside; travel insurance is an optional add-on quoted separately.
Are you official for Men's Rugby World Cup 2027?
Beluga is an Official Travel Sub-Agent for RWC 2027, so match packages with hospitality are sold through Beluga in South Africa. Flights are quoted separately with Emirates, a 50% deposit secures a booking, and Beluga supplies visa support letters for Australia. Full detail on the RWC 2027 page.
How do I get pricing?
Fixtures marked Book online show their packages and prices on the event page. For everything else, send an enquiry with the fixture and group size and a Beluga host comes back with options and pricing. Corporate programmes across several events are always quoted.
What's the smallest group you take?
Shared lounges take small groups of fewer than ten. Private suites, boxes and marquees suit larger parties, and at the Durban July Beluga hosts up to 1 000 guests across three sites.
Where are you based?
Cape Town (Claremont) and Johannesburg (Bryanston), with hosting at venues across South Africa and at events abroad. Both office addresses are on the contact page.
