Frequently asked questions

Which events can you arrange travel for?

Wimbledon, the Premier League, Formula 1 Grands Prix, the Rugby World Cup, the Masters, the Ryder Cup and major tours, plus domestic sports travel within South Africa. If it has an allocation, we can usually secure it.

Is Beluga an official agent?

Beluga Hospitality is an Official Travel Sub-Agent for Rugby World Cup 2027 and works with official hospitality partners for the other events it sells.

How is an international package priced?

On request — tickets, flights and hotels move with the event and the exchange rate, so we quote each itinerary individually and confirm on invoice with a deposit.

Can I travel independently and just buy tickets?

Yes. Tickets-only and hospitality-only options are available for most events.
