What is included in a F1 VIP Hospitality – Hospitality & Travel Packages travel package?
Beluga builds each international package around the event ticket and hospitality, and can add flights, accommodation, transfers and entertainment so the whole trip is looked after. Tell us the round or fixture you have in mind and how many are travelling and we will put a package together for you.
Can I book tickets or hospitality only?
Yes. If you are arranging your own travel we can supply event tickets or hospitality only. Send an enquiry with the event and dates you want.
How do I get pricing?
International packages are priced on request because tickets, flights and hotels move with the event and the exchange rate. Enquire below and a Beluga host will come back to you with options and a quote.
Is this suitable for corporate and client entertainment?
Yes. Travel packages work well for rewarding clients and teams; we handle the logistics so you can focus on your guests. For groups or a tailored programme, tell us who you are hosting.
When can I travel?

How do I pay?
International packages are confirmed on invoice with a deposit and balance schedule agreed at booking. Secure online payment is available where applicable.
Will Beluga look after us while we are there?
Yes. Beluga looks after you from first call to the last guest: arrival, the event, accommodation and entertainment, with a host on hand throughout.
