The singer, known for her raspy voice and her hit single ‘I try’ will be performing in Johannesburg at the DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival in October.
The event’s website describes the festival as “the music festival for food lovers and the food festival for music lovers”.
It has also been confirmed that South African Trumpeter, Hugh Masekela is set to perform at the festival.
Macy will be part of the line-up for Saturday.She will be joined by local artists such as Bucie, Mi Casa, Monique Bingham and De La Soul will also be performing at the event.
Popular American musical group, The Jacksons will also be performing at the festive. Hugh Masekela and The Jacksons are part of the main stage line-up for Sunday.
The festival will take place on the 8th and 9th of October 2016.
